Owner
Robin has been a part of In Home Referral since 1997. She was fortunate to work alongside the founder and owner of the company when she was our office manager.
In 2005, Robin acquired In Home Referral and today is the proud owner. Robin's mission is to continue to provide compassionate personal care tailored to your specific needs. Her focus is to offer high quality services while promoting respect and dignity to those who receive care.
Office Manager
Karen, our office manager is responsible for overseeing our daily business activities. With In Home Referral since 2004, she is a vital part of providing overall management and operations of the company. Karen's office experience exemplifies her compassion, caring, and knowledge of what In Home Referral represents.
Her health care experience has also proven beneficial to the company. Karen is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which gives In Home Referral the unique ability to utilize her to work side by side with the other caregivers, ultimately leading to the best possible care for you.
Office Assistant
LaRue is the office assistant for In Home Referral. LaRue helps with monthly employee checks, quarterly scheduling, and makes sure you and your caregiver’s schedules are current and correct on a weekly basis.
Payroll and Billing Administrator
Courtney, our payroll and billing administrator, has been an essential part of In Home Referral since 2011.
Courtney's responsibilities include keeping the company's payroll, billing, and accounts payable up-to-date. Her enthusiastic personality allows her to interact well with all of the staff.
Courtney has excellent computer skills and is always willing to help create new documents to make our office work much easier.
Registered Nurse
Lori began with In Home Referral in 2014. She is a great advocate for our company and takes pride in her job. She has a terrific rapport with our clients, their families, and our caregivers.
Her years of experience as an RN are proven to be beneficial for meeting the needs of our clients and staff at In Home Referral.
Registered Nurse
Joanne has been with In Home Referral since 2016. She is an RN and works with our caregivers doing nursing supervisory visits and yearly evaluations.
She has a caring spirit, and her knowledge of her profession is demonstrated in all her responsibilities at In Home Referral. Joanne also visits our clients and their families doing reassessments on a quarterly basis.
Schedule Coordinator
Louise has been working in our office since March of 2012. She's one of our schedule coordinators and is responsible for managing client schedules and the staffing of employees.
Louise is on the forefront of having direct contact with our clients and employees. Her gentle personality is helpful with the many calls and situations that occur on a daily basis.
